Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, undamaged, and in original condition
- With all original packaging, tags, and labels intact
Note: Try-on is allowed (e.g., apparel), but the item must remain in perfect working order.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food)
- Personal care or hygiene items (e.g., makeup, undergarments)
- Customized or personalized products
- Digital downloads, gift cards, or vouchers
- Final-sale or clearance items (where applicable)
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with photo or video evidence
- We will offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange based on availability
5. How to Return
- Contact Customer Support (email/phone) with your order details
- Upon approval, we'll provide return instructions and a return reference number
- Return the item via our courier partner or mail, along with proof of purchase and return reference
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Colombo city: LKR 300
- Suburbs / rest of Sri Lanka: LKR 400–450

7. Refunds & Store Credit
Once we receive and process the return:
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method
- Alternatively, you may opt for a store credit voucher, valid for 3 months
- Processing Time: Refunds typically processed within 5 business days, or up to 14 business days during promotions
8. Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order for the replacement. For faster service, you may use the store credit option.
