Affiliate Partner Terms and Conditions

1. Commission Payment Terms

   Affiliate commissions will be paid within 14 days after a successful transaction, provided there are no pending disputes or refund claims.

2. Changes to Commission Rates

   Affiliate Partners agree that commission rates for items can be changed by Kadapela.lk at any time without prior notice. Affiliate Partners may request the Product Category-Wise Commission Sheet from the Kadapela.lk Support Team.

3. Misappropriation and Fraudulent Activity

   If Kadapela.lk detects any misappropriation between order refunds and affiliate partner referrals, Kadapela.lk reserves the right to cancel any due commissions and ban the affiliate partner from the affiliate program.

4. Reputation and Conduct

   Affiliate Partners agree to never disrepute or slander Kadapela.lk on any internet channels, forums, or social media platforms. Violating this clause may lead to immediate termination from the affiliate program.

5. Refund Policy Impact on Commissions

   Orders refunded within 14 days due to customer requests will be deducted from future commissions. Affiliate Partners have the right to request proof of refunds from the Kadapela.lk Support Team.

6. Dispute Resolution

   In the event of a dispute between Kadapela.lk and an Affiliate Partner, the decision made by Kadapela.lk Management will be considered final.

7. Affiliate Promotion Guidelines

   Affiliate Partners must promote Kadapela.lk products ethically and accurately. Misleading claims or false advertising can result in termination of the partnership.

8. Affiliate Account Responsibility

   Affiliate Partners are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. Any unauthorized activity on their account must be reported immediately to Kadapela.lk.

9. Commission Eligibility

• Commissions are only earned on legitimate transactions.
• Canceled, refunded, or fraudulent orders will not qualify for commissions.
• Self-referrals or orders intended for personal use are not eligible for commissions.

   Kadapela.lk reserves the right to terminate an affiliate partnership at its discretion, particularly if an affiliate partner violates these terms and conditions.

2. Marketing Materials

   Hadawatha.lk may provide marketing assets (banners, images, logos, etc.). Affiliate Partners must not alter these materials without explicit permission.

3. Privacy and Confidentiality

   Affiliate Partners agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared by Hadawatha.lk and must not disclose it to third parties.

4. Compliance with Laws

   Affiliate Partners agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to marketing, promotions, and privacy in their jurisdiction.

5. No Exclusivity

   Participation in the Hadawatha.lk Affiliate Program does not create an exclusive relationship between Hadawatha.lk and the affiliate partner. Affiliates are free to promote other products and services.

6. Updates to Terms and Conditions

   Hadawatha.lk reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliate Partners will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the program implies acceptance of the revised terms.
